A 1,200 sq ft mat space plus a separate 800 sq ft entry lounge — on NE 28th Avenue, steps from Heart Coffee, Güero, and Laurelhurst Park. High ceilings, natural wood structure, and a quiet, uncluttered layout create a calm, grounded environment. The lounge gives your students somewhere to arrive, settle, and linger — very different from a single-room rental.
A recurring weekly slot gives you a consistent home for your class without the expense or commitment of maintaining your own studio.

How It Works
The studio is available for a limited number of recurring weekly classes and programs.
Each slot:
- Designed for instructors building an ongoing class or program
- Same day and time every week
- 90-minute reserved block (includes setup and cleanup)
Current Weekly Availability
The schedule below shows the current weekly slots. Most instructors choose one consistent time each week to build their class.
Monthly pricing is based on time slot: Weekend mornings & peak evenings — $580/month (~$145/session) Weekday evenings & daytime — $440/month (~$110/session) Early morning & off-peak — $320/month (~$80/session)
Unlike one-time hourly studio rentals, your monthly rate reserves the same time for you every week and includes use of both the studio and lounge.
Additional weekly time may be available at a reduced rate for instructors who want to teach more than once per week.
